Devlog 6/7
Hello!! Welcome back to our proyect's mandatory update!
Since Milestone 1, college hasn't been so nice to our team, but! we manage to make some progress.
What has been done:
-We started using some free assets for environment and level structure, as well as some hazards for dinamic platforms and gadgets.
- Rigid body physics has been aded to those tilemaps as a whole using what we have seen in class(so no more NoClipping!)
- Runner ability update: Now Runner can make a dash that consume some discrete value, this dash is able to break through some objects.
Currently on development(almost done!):
- Level Swaping is currently on a steady progress, variables to each player and scenes has been added, the portal object needed a different configuration to be able to change scene instead of teleporting to a desire direction in same level. What is left is make an button configuration to the Chaser player to be able to change current level's portal and make some visual hud to the player.
- Chaser Toolkit: Hook and web shooting is in development.
We pretend to have those task done by next week, then continue developing each character toolkit, and start level design properly.
